Jerry, I tried it again from my account and it worked. Last time I tried it was from the other account. Now I have to do all this again because my OS got corrupted with a PCI Card.

The simplest way to do this is to temporarily give sudo to that user via User Manager, login as that user, then do what you need to do. Then remove sudo from that user when you're finished.
