  • CPU: Intel i3-4130

  • MEMORY: 6Gb

  • VIDEO CARD: Nvidia 740
It seems my system locale has been set to US.UTF-8 despite having chosen the UK as my location during the installation of LL.


As a result I can't figure out how to read or write MP3 tags that need an apostrophe properly.



Is it safe to change my System Locale at this time? How would I do it?
