I'm not trying to be mean, but the theme you mentioned is not maintained by the LL development team, but by sur4k at:

The link I posted has a comments section. As you did here, post screenshots.

XFCE Theme Manager may also be of help to you, as you can use it to change certain aspects of a theme to make it more suitable for you.

If Jerry's willing, perhaps an area featuring themes edited by the community, along with some of their personal favorites, can be shared - stored elsewhere, of course...

This is also regarding some coloring inconsistencies while using the Zukitwo-Dark-reloaded system theme.
This time It's the Panels Indicator plugins on the right side of the Panel.
