Thank you bitsnpcs.
Just playing with the darker backgrounds.
They feel better on my eyes. Less straining.

I mostly use darker backgrounds on computer.
In LL I am trying out lilac/lavender backgrounds in terminal and gedit too.

Played around with the dark theme a bit. Thought it might be cool to have a chameleon feather. Set your desktop background color to whatever you like, the feather is transparent.

 8) I did just the reverse. Transparent background on logo on desktop color of the theme I use.

I like it simple, but I think we need some nice photos for the distro. We have enough of those with the logo. :)
I've took this picture last year, when I was hiking in the mountains near my town.

I've set this as my backgroud. Me and my friends had a long walk that day (27km). I really like climbing mountains.

I like what you've done, I think we have similar tastes in theming. Is the wallpaper custom? The theme is BlueFear, are the icons BlueFear as well?

I agree Misko,
Perhaps we should put photos in the Wallpaper section and if people like them we could upload them to Imgur like Scott has done.

Thanks. It is just the above transparent background logo on desktop color of BleuFear theme from Cup of Linux Manjaro. (I haven't seen it anywhere else.) I used the eye dropper to pick the color for the solid color desktop.

The icons are Gnome Brave. I like the blue folders on the dark gray background. You may also like what I did with the bootscreen with the help of misko_2083 https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/index.php?topic=1261.new;topicseen#new

Misko I totally agree. I guess it's time to put my camera to use. It's also really interesting to read about the stories behind the photos.
