Can anyone tell me what the LIVE boot user name and password is?

I boot up the LinuxLite disk and ran it for a while. Ended up closing the screen to hit the hay
for the night and this morning when I went to open the lid, it prompted me with user name
and pass. I tried several things that other distros use, but no go.

Any help with this will be appreciated!

I believe its linux...

If you're at the log on prompt its the same as the hostname which should be listed in the upper left corner...

Ok... so what do I use for the password?

I tried linux as user and linux as pass, but no go.

Sorry...
Use that for the username with no = empty blank = password..

Assuming your are using LL 3.x (you haven't said)
"If the screen locks during Live mode, type linux into the user box and click on the Login button (no password required)"

I thought I tried that. Oh well, it worked this time.


EDIT: I did get in... but now I cannot connect to wifi and everything is grayed out in the connections menu.
The wifi light is on on my laptop though.  ???

Edit Again:  I created a new connection using my same info and it then went back online... so it says...
but every site I go to says SERVER NOT FOUND. Why is the wifi bars at max and I cannot get anywhere??
