I am a newbie so go slow with me.

My youtube is slow and it will work and play fine for a day or two but then it will have the wheel. if i pause and dont touch it the play will work for 2 mins tops. i dont actually know if its my internet or processer speed etc. Its a cheap old computer but i watch youtube on it and it preforms good enough. if i dont use it for a month it works for a longer period of time.
