Finally going to upgrade from my old 750ti FTW card to something new. Going with a 4k monitor. What is a good sub $200 4k card to look at. No games here, this is just web browsing, Youtube, movies and TV streaming,. If I do play a game it would be WoW and I would prob not play it in 4k and I might play WoW for an hour every 3-4 months. So main task of this will be videos.

I wouldn't worry about it showing the incorrect amount, as long as everything works as it should.

Yes Jerry
there is no problem.I thing if the it shows the real 512 mgs maybe work  (show) screen faster ??
I have try  other  card in the same slot with 1g and yes  it shows the same.
I install windows 7 32 bit on the same pc  and when I update the drivers, both cards show the correct info and yes they bring screen faster.
I be able to live that way to if there is no work around lol.
Thanks
