Radeon RX Vega 11 not supported?

Got two identical boxes here with AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, one has a GT 1030 installed and works just fine. The other one, however, is using the integrated RX Vega 11 and doesn't want to boot up. :(

This isn't exactly true. The card detects if the attached display is DVI or not and operates in a DVI compatibility mode if so. Driver issues could certainly interfere with that. If it happens at startup, it could be a firmware or...more likely...a glitch with handing a Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox particular DVI monitor. I've run into that one myself.
