Title: No Nvidia settings?

Maybe the issue is I am using my DVI to VGA converter adapter

Nevermind I got it working and it has Nvidia settings because I did clean install Linux Lite again then installed all updates then i restarted computer then i installed Nvidia driver then i did follow the instruction then i restarted the computer then i entered password on boot then I got it working and it Nvidia settings. I am using UEFI secure boot(https://i.imgur.com/EpOxjov.png)

I did disabled secure boot in BIOS
