If you're lucky, you'll get the base of jammy, but not any of the 6.0 features. That is NOT supported and won't be.

Hello  :dft010:!

I'd like to update my release of linux lite to the last version
my version is actually the 5.6
is it possible to do it from the shell in commands lines ?

Thanks to you for your advices

Yes, and no. Officially, there's no support for upgrades from one series to the next, i.e. 5 to 6. The recommended way is to do a fresh install. That being said, you can try this:
https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/on-topic/can-i-upgrade-linux-lite-to-the-next-series/msg55676/#msg55676
Backup your system before doing that with timeshift is recommended, should anything go wrong, you can get it back the way it was. :)
Without each others help there ain't no hope for us :)
