To remove the PPA references from the update list check the manual at

https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/software.html#pparem

1 click Menu
2 type the word software into the search box
3 an item called 'Software & Updates' should appear - click on it
4 in the resulting window select the 'Other Software' tab
5 in the list check for an entry for the michael-gruz PPA

At this point carefully uncheck that particular entry and close the window.
This will stop your system update failing due to that PPA.

As mentioned in the manual, you should uninstall the PPA software before removing the PPA reference from the update list.  As PPA software is non-standard, it is difficult to give guidance on removing it.  Generally you need to reverse the installation method.

Hope this is clear - if not just ask.

The michael-gruz PPA software doesn't (currently) have a release compatible with the version of Linux Lite being used which is focal based.
This conflict is preventing the update process from running.

To allow the update to run, the incompatible PPA has to be removed from the update list.
It is possible to do this in isolation, but as described at

https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/software.html#pparem

if any unsupported PPA software is installed, it should really be removed from the system before the PPA is removed from the software list.

If using PPA sourced software, it is important that the PPA has a release that is compatible with the OS in use.
See the manual at this link for advice on selecting and installing PPAs

https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/software.html#ppa
