The clue here might be "Mirror sync in progress?".
Wait a few hours, and try again.

Still same? Actuallt it says UptoDate under PAckage Update Indicator icon in the right bottom icon on TaskBar. But I get the below error log when manually run "Install Updates".

UPDATE: I have managed to get rid of these errors by changing my repository mirror. All is well now.
