Title: Error on updates

I received following error message while updating. Please help solve the issue

The error is resolved when
I deleted the lines i added to file "source.list" and also deleted a new file that i created "nodesource.list"
This happened while I was trying to solve the errors i faced during installation of tor package.
update is alight now BUT tor is not installing and throws some dependency problems.
