I am going to assume this was user error, I have forwarded the message and responded to the sender, informing them of the mistake.

I have not responded the message show that it was sent to another member. "Sent to: altman on: Today at 07:03:25"

Have you responded to the sender? Sounds like they sent to wrong person.
