To me the word that best describes Linux Lite is ... unbloated.
In the smartphone world, LL is comparable to a Nexus phone with stock Android.  It looks great and has all the essential apps, but not the superfluous manufacturer or carrier add-ons.  If you want those, you can easily add as many as you want.
Nailed it :)

I'm very mindful of staying on the 'Lite' theme without having people focused on other words or phrases. 'Full featured' could be misconstrued as large, bloated, over sized etc.
I've seen it other times already where people have drawn their own conclusions and that's where I'd like it to stay, that is to say, "what is Linux Lite to you"?

I noticed over at DistroWatch that the blurb on LL does not make clear that it is a full-featured out-of-the-box desktop experience. When evangelizing, I have found that some confusion over this exists because of the distro's name, and I often explain that the "Lite" refers to the ability to work well on old or under-powered equipment, and also describes the easy learning curve when emigrating from Windows, but is not a reflection on the capabilities or default configuration of the system. Perhaps adding "full-featured" to the blurb would help clarify this for some seekers who are unaware.
