Unlikely sorry since we try to provide one tool for each job for the most part and Handbrake is supplied. Easy enough to do - https://www.iskysoft.com/video-editing/how-to-trim-your-vido-with-handbrake.html

Does this thing use rendering in videos? Because simple things like cutting, takes 12321312 minutes.

I want avidemux pls. Very basic video editing without even rendering. Just cutting and appending. Can you add it please?
