Got UEFI with Intel NUC (see my spec); works alright with LL. Installation was a bit tricky.

I do not like it: Tick.
Legacy Boot: Tick.

You can.  To avoid the UEFI issues, it would be best to disable Secure Boot (UEFI) in the BIOS and/or enable Legacy Boot.

I don't really understand the UEFI thing (I'm not as smart as I look :) ).  All I think I know is that Jerry doesn't like it and LL doesn't use it?  I don't care one way or another but can I use a mobo with UEFI BIOS?  I'm about to order http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131874 and want to make sure I can use it.
