Lenovo G500 microphone doesn't work

Hello!

I've got a problem with my Lenovo G500. Internal microphone doesn't work (but recognizable), the same happens when I connect external microphones.
Any ideas how to solve it?

I've checked the Volume control, the microphone is recognized. Here is the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/WUB22fp

Host: 20236 Lenovo G500
Kernel: 5.15.0-91-generic
CPU: Intel i3-3110M (4) @ 2.400GHz
