Post by: MedardoLainez on October 17, 2017, 10:09:58 PM
good day
I have installed linux lite 3.6 32 bit and it is excellent.
My problem is that the speakers on my laptop have no sound.
Details:

Card: Intel High Definition Audio Driver NM10 / ICH7
controller: snd_hda_intel
Sound: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture v: k4.4.0-93-generic

Laptop.
Brand Name: Asus
Model: 1011px

note: the headphones do work. Integrated speakers no.

Relevant page above on this. I did not read it.

Edit. But on my IBM laptop T430. There are a top row of buttons for sound. So I would make sure nothing like that is turned down or off.
