Ran both your codes in the terminal and now the headset isn't even found.

EDIT:  It's working again today, though the quality is poor. Sounds like the audio is coming from a TV in the next room over.

When it works, please show the output from the following commands:

dmesg | grep -i blue
and

Code: [Select]
sudo lsusb |grep Bluetooth
