Where to download higan games

I just installed higan for LL 6.6 and I had trouble finding games for it.  I searched higan's tutorial and followed the directions: it said to select Library drop down box, then press Load ROM, I did this and my home directory came up.  I searched all the files and couldn't find any .zip files for games.  Do i need to download the games from a website?

While emulators themselves might be legal, the sharing of copyrighted ROMs is almost certainly illegal.
That might explain why the tutorial you've read is vague on the subject.
