Hi [member=5288]arxontas[/member]  this is not possible since LL 3.8 is based on Ubuntu 16.04 codename Xenial so there'll be many conflict with packages. The easiest way is to install LL 4.X which is based on Ubuntu 18.04 codename Bionic. LL 4.6 has just been released https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/relea...-released/ in the release announcement you can read the following: There is no upgrade path from Series 2 or 3 ( 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8 | 3.0, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.8 ) to Series 4. So Like I said, you can't go from LL 3.8 (Xenial) to LL 4.X (Bionic)

Hope this helps! Smile

Yep. Gave away an Optiplex 780 a few months ago loaded with LL 4.x. Working perfectly for an elderly friend in my community.

Often it's worth checking the link below concerning hardware compatibility.

I'm 70. Elderly to me is more like my Mom at 87, but she doesn't think she is either.
