Lite Tweaks - Kernel Removal
#1

Hello Jerry,

I just committed the latest Lite Tweaks changes to master; Kernel Removal (https://github.com/linuxlite/litetweaks/pull/32) . At this point I have pretty much touched every single tweak there is in Lite Tweaks. It is now time for testing and scrutinizing them :)

Let me know your findings as time allows you. I think we are pretty much at a good point for another public release (not before you tests and suggestions of course).

I recommend for you to heavily test all options from those tweaks which requires user interaction:

- Numlock (loops because it shows current state and allows user to change on the fly)
- Disk usage (loops because there might be more than one partition wished to be open in file manager by the user)
- Locate Large Files (loops to ask the user if she/he wants to run a different scan criteria)
- Hostname (should be self explanatory based on its functionality)
- Kernel Removal (loops for obvious reasons too)

Sorry for seeming stupid and preferring Linux - I just don't know any better.

Just noticed that the Kernel Removal interface information is not accurate anymore. Since we changed the Cancel button we should explain it better.

There is no Cancel option while the cleanup process is already taking place. I think we should update the wording as follow:

Do you agree?
