Yes, you just keep adding Distos/ISO's until you say no.

Then you can boot the stick, select unlisted >


Then select the item you want to boot:

Just to confirm, I just re-ran YUMI, selected another iso, rescatux
It detected existing items on the USB Stick, and just added the new one:
