This is the pop-up text configuration screen which appears to be linked to the failure.
This appears when doing a CLI initiated update/upgrade.
The process will wait at this point until press Tab to highlight OK and then return.
Having intervened the CLI upgrade then completes successfully.
lite-updates does not appear to pause at this point so it must do something to deal with the situation.
However it handles it, the result is lite-updates reporting that grubefi-amd64-signed failed to upgrade.
