For Issue (1) the nvidia file based problem.
You need to undo or correct whatever instructions you followed that involved adding the nvidia-driver-local-ubuntu2204-535.104.12.list to your apt sources list.

Issue (2) the Canonical archive entry problem.
This probably got added when you ran Package System Repair. To fix this.

Click Menu and type 'software & updates' into the search box - when you see 'Software & Updates' offered as a choice, click on it
Select 'Other Software' tab
Uncheck any entries for 'http://archive.canonical.com/ noble'
Enter your password when asked
Click Close and then Reload to refresh the cache
When complete, retry the update/upgrade
