software update - file error and canonical archive

Please open a terminal (press Ctrl, Alt and T together) and type in this command  followed by enter.

This will list the repositories the system is set to use.  Please post the results back as from the report, there are a couple of issues with your set up.

1) The system is trying to update nvidia drivers from a file.  This is unexpected.
Have you followed any instructions about nvidia which may have started this ?

2) The system is trying to update from a canonical archive source.
Have you recently run the lite tweak utility called 'Package System Repair' ?
