The log appears truncated, was there any more ?
Apart from the excess number of redundant packages the only abnormality I can see is the reference to 20 packages which are reported as not fully installed or removed. I doubt that is enough to cause the lite-updates script to flag errors so perhaps there are errors are in the missing part of the log. There is the Package System Repair option in Lite Tweaks, but it's not clear (to me) if that is appropriate here.
Maybe running the updates from the console might show more.
You could try this by opening a terminal (press Ctrl Alt T together).
At the terminal allow scrollback by clicking
Edit > Preferences
On the General Tab ensure 'Unlimited Scrollback' is checked so that you can scroll through the messages then close the preferences.
Then in the terminal run two apt commands, entering your password as required.
Having done that save the results in a text file.
Click
Edit > Select All
then
Edit > Copy
then paste into a mousepad window and save. If it shows anything of interest, post it back here.
