You should be able to mount that partition in the live system (booted from USB) and copy that file from the USB ESP to the boot drive ESP, unmount the boot drive ESP, shut down the live system and remove the USB then boot the machine.
The installation was okay no problem there , but once i'm asked to reboot and then remove the usb stick my linux it will not boot and go back to uefi screen :banghead
