Having trouble trying to install L Lite 5.2

Here is the message i get when i try to load  Lite 5.2.  The grub-efi-amd64-signed package failed to install into/target/.
Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot.
It was installing the "grub2" package .
How do i fix this ??
Please send me step by step instructions on how to fix this.
