OK.  I removed all old kernels and Update then did nothing but say I was up to date.  Then using Tweaks, I reinstalled the kernel.  Update then did the same.  I then found this:
Kernel : Linux 4.15.0-108-generic (x86_64)
Version : #109-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jun 19 11:33:10 UTC 2020
C Library : GNU C Library / (Ubuntu GLIBC 2.27-3ubuntu1) 2.27
Distribution : Linux Lite 4.8
  Am I really up to date?
