Your image tell me that the filesystem is someway got read only! In case the hard disk is fine try checking it with live media program named disks under the wheels you may use "Check Filesystem..." It may not always found issue. then try to fix filesystem. after fixing it you may try checking it again. Then reboot. Filesystem can become read-only (no write/edit) because of preventing errors getting any worse.
