This can be unchecked from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab..
Then try running updates again..
You can update from terminal or from Menu > Favorites > Install Updates

Added: I believe Audacity is in the repository where you are using the PPA audacity-team..
Looking at the PPA https://launchpad.net/~audacity-team/+ar...untu/daily doesn't appear to have Bionic (18.04) support as of yet.
