there's some problem, decided to update 3.8 and got

hopefully, a temporary thing ...?

This is usually caused by having another update window opened, the drivers modification program opened or any other windows trying to install/remove packages.
Follow Jerry's advice and make sure all programs are 100% closed before upgrading.
