Install Linux Lite 2.0 in UEFI Mode (Dual Boot Windows 8)

One the two machines with UEFI that I've tested LL 2.0 on, neither have detected the bootable medium (disc, usb)
I have been recently working on a way to get LL to boot in UEFI (64bit only) with success so I can semi-confidently say that the next version of LL will boot in UEFI (64bit only). It's a pita to set up get working, but I think in time, necessary. Watch this space.

gold_finger was helping me out. When do you think the next version of LL with UEFI boot support will be out? I wanted to install it on my desktop as well. Folks claim that UEFI boot is faster?
