Yes.. You may, if your not seeing degradation of performance.. You can always select the other and try then set back. Mine had the same prompt I left as the default for a while and changed - I don't notice a difference...
I would suggest looking into SystemBack.. Especially while tweaking things to see how the system best performs if you do something that you can't undo you can always revert back. its even accessible from the command prompt which if like me you render the display only to a TTY screen... LOL
*Some modifications are easily added and not so easy to undo SystemBack will revert to the previous state..

OH the screenshot you posted is for CPU - Processor Microcode not the video (intel graphics) should you be thinking otherwise...
