Hello...
A couple things to check/try...
1. Make sure to check the hash/MD5 for a good download.
2. What are you using for the Live USB creator? From Windows windiskimage32 - Yumi, Rufu has some issues as do others.

What error messages are you getting?
- May want to try installing with an Ethernet cable plugged in - I had some issues on a previous installment with WifFi dropping and crashing the install near the end..
