1. Works with Tor.
2. Restricted extras checked. Installed since install of 3.0.
3.a. Cleared cache of Firefox using Lite Tweaks.
3.b. Started Firefox with add-ons disabled and video showed up and played.
I guess I will have to try disabling one add-on at a time until I find the culprit.
