apt-get update returns- There is no public key available

I recently ran into an issue when i ran

sudo apt-get update

i have this error-

The resolution in case anyone runs into it is-

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 1397BC53640DB551
