problem after upgradin my linux lite 2.6 to 2.8

Have you tried opening the Keyboard utility (Menu >Settings > Keyboard) and going to the Layout tab? If your default settings aren't what you want them to be, you can uncheck "Use system defaults" and add what you want to the "Keyboard layout" section.
