Have you had a chance to try booting LL after switching boot mode to Legacy?

Did it work?

If not, don't despair.  There are a couple of easy-to-fix reasons why you may not have been able to boot after switching to Legacy mode.  (Didn't have time to get into that in my last post.)

If still can not boot LL installation, post back with the answers to following questions and output requested from a terminal while booted using the live LL installation USB again:

-- What is exact make/model of the computer you are installing to?  (If you built computer yourself, tell us exact motherboard make/model instead.)

-- What key press did you use during startup to access the UEFI/Bios to change boot mode?

-- If you can remember and assuming you used the "Something else" install method when you installed, did you change the "Device for boot loader installation" from its default value of "/dev/sda" to something else, or did you just leave the default?  (If you changed it, do you remember what you changed it to?)

-- If you did not install using the "Something else" method, what choice did you pick?

-- Boot computer again with your live LL installation USB, open a terminal and copy/paste the full output of these commands back here to the forum for us to see:
Code:
inxi -Fxz
sudo parted --list

First one will show us detailed hardware specs of the computer.  Second one will give us a detailed look at the current partition structure of both hard drives.

Thank You Smile  Now to decide what to do with it, rather than just playing around  ;D
