error en la actualizacion - PPA (stacer)

error en la actualización y no se puede usar los navegadores de internet google chrome, chromium, no cambia de idioma (lenguage support) de ingles a español pese a la descarga del paquete en spanish

The version of Linux Lite being used is noble based. The stacer PPA software does not have a release compatible with noble. This conflict is causing the update process to error.

any steps taken to install the incompatible stacer PPA software should be reversed.

After reversing the steps, ensure that the stacer PPA reference is removed from the update list.
Removing the PPA reference from the update list should allow the update to run.

Once the incompatible PPA has been removed, try installing stacer using Package Manager
