#1
I get notification about updates, number increase every day, but I can't dl them.

Also, I have 15 years old computer and some obscure hardware but it shouldn't be a problem, I suppose. Update was working until recently, I was on vacation for 7 days, pulled out power from computer.

The gezakovacs PPA software doesn't (currently) have a release compatible with the version of Linux Lite being used.
This conflict is preventing the update process from running.

To allow the update to run, the incompatible PPAs have to be removed from the update list.
It is possible to do this in isolation, but as described at

https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/software.html#pparem

if any unsupported PPA software is installed, that software should really be removed from the system before the PPA is removed from the software list.

If using PPA software, it is important that the PPA has a release that is compatible with the OS in use.
See the manual at this link for advice on selecting and installing PPAs
