time synchronization
#1
As part of customising a Linux Lite 7.6 installation I indented to activate "keep synchronized with internet servers" in the Time and Date Settings.

When choosing this option a pop-up window appears:

Selecting "Install NTP support" results in:

I noticed that Linux Lite is not using the Ubuntu default systemd-timesyncd.service but ntpd. So ntp is actually installed.

So are users expected to just ignore this setting while synchronization has been implemented in Linux Lite by default?
