There is a problem with the opera part of the update/upgrade.

Please can you open a terminal by pressing 'Ctrl' 'Alt' and 'T' together.  In the window that opens, type in this command followed by enter.
Code:
sudo apt update
Enter your password if required.  This will try to refresh your upgrade cache.

Then this command followed by enter.
Code:
apt list --upgradable | grep opera
This will show current and proposed versions of opera

Then this command followed by enter.
Code:
inxi -r
This will list your repository settings.

Post the results of the commands back.

Thank you. It seems opera have done something at their end and changed their signing key..
This is link to a post on the opera forum which describes the problem and I think describes a fix (towards the end).

https://forums.opera.com/topic/85007/dup...-not-found

You can optionally tidy up your system a little. It is reporting that there are some redundant packages which you no longer need and can be removed with the command
Code:
sudo apt autoremove
Again, you may need to enter your password and to confirm the action.

Thank you so much stevef on your help, this is not the first time you lend your aid, especially on this lazy-effort topic of mine. WFH so didn't had much time to type.
Tried solution from Opera forums couple of times, didn't go through but you know what did? Purging Opera from the system, now update is going through.
Installed Opera again, all good. Thank you!

You're welcome. Glad you are sorted out.
Opera seem to change their key every so often which can catch their existing customers out.
Unfortunately, when any individual update/upgrade stops working it can affect the whole update/upgrade process until sorted out.
