Booting takes huge amount of time

This issue has already come up a number of times, orginally posted at  https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/release-announcements/linux-lite-4-0-final-released

Open the terminal and type the following:

sudo apt purge virtualbox*
sudo systemctl stop vboxadd.service
sudo systemctl stop vboxadd-service.service
sudo systemctl disable vboxadd.service
sudo systemctl disable vboxadd-service.service

Then shutdown completely. On reboot you should see a significant improvement in boot-up time.
