Freeoffice is strongly recommended!!
It opens a file in a second or less, and manage to convert complicate word files with multiple alphabets, both RTL and LTR. |

when i want to annotate a file, i am usually allowed to select the "note" tool and then just click in the margin wherever I want to stick a note... |
