Linux Lite 5.2 Final Released

Here it is 5.2 and I'm still on 4.8 .... I need to schedule an upgrade ;)
Although I still have 3.8 running too...

Don't alter anything in this file, there's simply no need. Other parts of the OS read this file and will stop functioning if you change this file. We are Ubuntu based.
