Default Date Format - silvo3070 - 10-05-2025 Hi, I know this will be basic.. apologies , however I'm one of those people who is non technical user and have been using LL for several years.. I just installed 7.6 How do I change the date format from US to UK? ( I'm located in Australia) When I installed LL I set the region to Australia. I googled and found this https://linuxopsys.com/change-default-date-format-in-linux from this guidance I found that locale shows LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8" I have edited en_US file to update the formats however it has had no effect.. The en_AU file looks fine.. however I cant see that it is being used Any help would be appreciated... I'm happy to re-intsall if I have to Thanks and kind regards |
