You have to remove or correct the offending PPA : Err:3 http://ppa.launchpad.net/bluetooth/bluez/ubuntu
from the Software sources for the update to not give an error.

I see. I'm a bit fresh to this; although I found it in Software Sources I don't seem to be able to delete it. Is there a simple way to do this?
